Facebook has launched a lot of huge changes in the past few weeks and one of them is Timeline, a completely new and creative way of presenting your profile. As Facebook changes from time to time, many users get confused and are being left out from the fast change. What are the features of Timeline that everyone should know about? Here’s a quick guide to help you catch up.

Your Cover. Apart from your profile picture, the cover is a wide space where you can upload your best picture that you want to share with your friends. Make sure to use this slot for what you think best represents you because this is the first thing people see when they visit your Timeline.
Your Stories. This is where you see your unforgettable status updates, photos and life events. It also shares info including the day you joined your previous company or the day you quit. To cut it short, it gives you a sudden glimpse of the past and lets you see all your Facebook activities from the day you signed up.
Your Apps. Facebook has also launched a new set of social apps that let you share your recent activities such as the latest book you read, the songs that you just listened to and the movies that you just watched. It makes it easier to tell your friends about your interests and what you are up to.
Some people might be a little shocked with another Facebook change but I personally think that the Timeline is worth a try. It provides a better and more creative way of reminiscing stuff from the past including the ups and downs of our lives. It’s a good way of seeing how we’ve passed along the bumpy roads before we get to where we are now and see the people who have been there throughout. So I’ve got two thumbs up for Facebook for this update.
